Please note that the home is situated on a property with two other homes (one adjacent and one below). There is a shared, coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor for guest use. Essentials Provided: We take care of all your basic needs with fresh hotel-quality sheets and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels—so you can enjoy the nearby sand and surf without worry. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the beach to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all visitors. Property Rules: Respect the Property: Treat the property as if it were your own. This includes avoiding damage to furniture, appliances, and other amenities. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking violations. This policy helps ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. No Loud Noises or Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, no loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest Approval: Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Zero Tolerance for Parties: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior.
