You have the entire compound of 4 units on the property including a massive patio and yard area great for entertaining! A gorgeous space to unwind and relax. Beautifully decorated with new designer furniture throughout. Really comfy new beds with high end linens. Your home away from home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. Every detail has been considered to make your vacation a lasting memory. Enjoy sunsets from our patio. Our open plan living area with resort style couches, outdoor dining with BBQ grill for a wonderful dining experience. The open plan layout and large windows provide an abundance of natural light. This rental is for all 4 individual units on the property. Each unit has 1 full bathroom and a kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are: Unit 1: Loft style unit with a king bed up in the loft, a queen bed downstairs in the living room area, and a luxury futon style sofa in the living room area. Sleeps 5 guests comfortably. Unit 2: 1 bedroom unit with a queen bed in the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room area. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Unit 3: Studio unit with a king sized bed and a luxury futon style sofa both in the living room area. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Unit 4: 2 bedroom unit with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a bunk bed (twin and full beds) with an additional single bed in the second bedroom, and a luxury futon style sofa in the living room. The kitchens are very well equipped for your stay. We have an electric 2 burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge, and freezer in each kitchen. There is no oven in any of the kitchens.

GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors. PROPERTY RULES: Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. No more than 18 guests on the property at any time. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: 1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control. 2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). 3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) 4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. 6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old. 7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. 9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! 10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose. 11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. 14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer! We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property. Check-out is at 10:00am. o Place all towels in the bathrooms. o Make sure the air conditioner and/or heater are off before leaving. o Fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No extra guests on the property at anytime unless agreed on prior to your arrival. Please consider another property if you intend hosting other guests during your stay. Gatherings of any size of strictly prohibited. No smoking in or around the property.
