Alcohol is not permitted on the beach, boardwalk, or seawall and may result in a citation. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the beach. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly. Property Rules Respect the home and treat it as if it were your own. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, yelling, or disruptive behavior at any time, especially outdoors. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance by the host. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your reservation. Please only use appliances, electronics, and amenities intended for guest use. Report any damages, maintenance issues, or concerns to the host immediately so we can address them promptly. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition throughout their stay. Do not move furniture or remove items from the property. Before booking our Mission Beach home, please review the following important details to ensure a comfortable and respectful stay: Multi-Family Property This is a multi-family home, and there is another unit on the property (including one below). While you may occasionally see other guests during your stay, please rest assured that your space is completely private. Parking Parking is available in a 2-car garage. Please note the clearance at the lowest point is 7 ft 4 inches. While many SUVs have fit comfortably, larger vehicles may find the space tight or difficult to maneuver. We recommend planning accordingly and reaching out if you have any concerns about your vehicle. Shared Walls Because this is a multi-unit property, some walls are shared. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels at all times. No A/C The home does not have air conditioning. However, it is designed to stay comfortable with multiple windows that allow for a nice ocean breeze. There is central heating available for cooler evenings. Zero Tolerance for Parties This home is not suitable for parties or events. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior.
