Welcome to our coastal oasis in the charming neighborhood of Ocean Beach, San Diego! Our beautifully designed property is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience the laid-back, beachy vibe of this vibrant community. A/C wall units in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The A/C and Heater allow you to have the optimal temperature for each room. Our property features three bedrooms and two bathroom, each thoughtfully decorated to capture the essence of coastal living. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and plenty of storage, guaranteeing a great night's rest. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ocean Beach. The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal and enjoy it al fresco on the large balcony. The real highlight of our property is its prime location in the heart of Ocean Beach. You'll be just a short walk from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. The famous Ocean Beach Pier is just a short walk away, as well as the quaint main street, where you'll find plenty of unique shops, delicious restaurants, and bars. Our property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while you're on vacation. Primary Bedroom – King bed with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 – King bed Bedroom 3 - King bed Living Room - One queen sized pull out sofa (sleeps 2) The layout: From main entrance you will find the living space with a large pull-out couch, large tv and some spectacular views of San Diego. Next to the living room is a spacious dining area with large table that comfortably seats 6 people with amazing views to enjoy sunsets while eating. Followed by three large bedrooms with king beds. The exterior of the home has multiple seating areas and spaces to enjoy the San Diego weather and sunshine. Off the living room on the front of the home is a large patio area with a BBQ and outdoor dining table to hang out with friends and family and watch the nightly Sea World firework show or the amazing California sunsets.

GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors. SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed: Do not take glass of any kind to the beach No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall No smoking/vaping on the beach PROPERTY RULES: - Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. - No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. - Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. - The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. - Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. - If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: 1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control. 2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). 3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) 4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. 6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old. 7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. 9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! 10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose. 11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. 14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer! We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property. Check-out is at 10:00am. o Place all towels in the bathrooms or leave them in front of the washing machine. o If applicable, make sure the air conditioner and heater are off before leaving. o If applicable, fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.

Before booking our Ocean Beach home, there are a few important details we'd like you to be aware of to ensure a pleasant and respectful stay: Zero Tolerance for Parties - Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment. Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment. No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. Guest Limit - The home is designed to accommodate a specific number of guests comfortably. Please adhere to the specified guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Check-In and Check-Out Times - Be sure to check the specified check-in and check-out times. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
