The Space: As you step into our studio, you'll be greeted by an open and inviting space designed to make your stay memorable. The studio features two comfortable queen-size beds, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Crisp linens and plush pillows ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside adventures. The full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the waves or enjoying a leisurely dinner, you'll find everything you need, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and ample counter space. The full bathroom is clean and well-appointed, providing a relaxing spot to freshen up after your beach outings. We provide towels, toiletries, and a shower with good water pressure to enhance your comfort. Location: Our studio's prime location in Pacific Beach means you're just a short stroll (2 blocks!) away from the sandy shores of the Pacific Ocean. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or catching waves, and your evenings enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Pacific Beach is also known for its vibrant dining and nightlife scene. Explore nearby restaurants, bars, and cafes to savor the flavors of San Diego.

San Diego Beach Rules: To ensure your safety and compliance with local laws, please adhere to the following rules while enjoying the beautiful beaches: No Glass: Do not take glass of any kind to the beach. Broken glass can cause injuries and is difficult to clean up. No Drinking: No drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the beach, boardwalk, or seawall. Violators will be ticketed. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the beach to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all visitors. Property Rules: Respect the Property: Treat the property as if it were your own. This includes avoiding damage to furniture, appliances, and other amenities. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking violations. This policy helps ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. No Loud Noises or Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, no loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest Approval: Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please take care to secure your valuables. Appliance Use: Only use appliances and equipment that are specifically designated for guest use. This includes the kitchen appliances, TV, and any other amenities provided. Contact Us: If you encounter any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately. We are here to help and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pet Policy: This is a pet-free property. If you have a comfort dog or service dog, we recommend finding another place to stay that can better accommodate your needs. If we find that you brought an animal, there is a $500 fine plus an additional $250 cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy: Please ensure you are aware of our cancellation policy before booking. We adhere strictly to the policy outlined in your booking agreement. No exceptions will be made, so please review the terms carefully. Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood: We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment. No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the studio. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Guest Limit: The studio is designed to accommodate a specific number of guests comfortably. Please adhere to the specified guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Be sure to check the specified check-in and check-out times. Surveillance: There are security cameras on the exterior of the property and noise monitoring systems on the interior of the property. The noise monitoring system does not listen or record, it only measures sound decibels.
