Please note: The upstairs studios (5 units) require stairs (no elevator), while the downstairs studios (4 units) and the one-bedroom are fully first-floor with no stairs needed. San Diego Beach Rules: To ensure your safety and compliance with local laws, please adhere to the following rules while enjoying the beautiful beaches: No Glass: Do not take glass of any kind to the beach. Broken glass can cause injuries and is difficult to clean up. No Drinking: No drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the beach, boardwalk, or seawall. Violators will be ticketed. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the beach to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all visitors. Property Rules: Respect the Property: Treat the property as if it were your own. This includes avoiding damage to furniture, appliances, and other amenities. No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for smoking violations. This policy helps ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests. No Loud Noises or Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment, no loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest Approval: Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. This helps ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please take care to secure your valuables. Appliance Use: Only use appliances and equipment that are specifically designated for guest use. This includes the kitchen appliances, TV, and any other amenities provided. Pet Rules: We are delighted to welcome your furry friends to our property. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please adhere to the following pet rules: Control: Guests agree to always keep their dog under control, both indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the unit at any time. Report Damage: Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by their pet(s). Pay for Damage: Guests agree to pay for any costs associated with damage done by their pet(s). Unreported Damage: If damages are not reported but are found by the owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to the guest(s). Housebroken Pets: Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. Age of Pets: No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old are allowed. Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All vaccination and preventative measures are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Furniture and Bedding: Guests agree that pets will not get on the furniture or bedding. Cleaning Pets: Guests agree that pets will be rinsed of sand and dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens and towels should never be used on your pet. Bathing Pets: Pets should not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. Use the outside shower or hose for this purpose. Local Ordinances: Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements. Waste Disposal: Guests agree to clean up after their pets and dispose of their waste promptly. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine. Noise and Behavior: Guests agree to keep pets from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Complaints must be remedied immediately. Cancellation Policy: Please ensure you are aware of our cancellation policy before booking. We adhere strictly to the policy outlined in your booking agreement. No exceptions will be made, so please review the terms carefully. Additional Policies: We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. This ensures a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone. Check-out Time: Check-out is at 10:00am. Please ensure you have vacated the property by this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
