This apartment boasts a private bedroom with a plush queen bed and one bathroom—as well as plenty of space to relax and socialize. There is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room as well! There is plenty of free street parking and even a personal parking spot included with the rental. Fully stocked with kitchenware and basic cookware and dining essentials, the kitchen is perfect for those who love to whip up a meal. Towels, linens, and all the basic bathroom amenities are included for a worry-free stay. Don't pass by this golden opportunity to experience the best San Diego has to offer! *Note: There is no oven in the home.*

GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors. PROPERTY RULES: Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. Please turn off the AC when you are not at the property and when you are checking out. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: **One pet maximum! 1. Guests agree to always keep their pet under control. 2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet. 3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet. 4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5. Guests agree that their pet is housebroken. 6. No pet under the age of 1 year old. 7. Pet must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. 8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding. 9. Guests agree that pet will be rinsed of dirt & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet! 10. Guests agree that pet will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside with the hose. 11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12. Guests agree to clean up after their pet & dispose of their pet waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13. Guests agree to keep pet from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property. Check-out is at 10:00am.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment. Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment. No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. $1000 fine for smoking in or on the property. Guest Limit - The home is designed to accommodate a specific number of guests comfortably. Please adhere to the specified guest limit to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Check-In and Check-Out Times - Be sure to check the specified check-in and check-out times.
