My family and I had a great time at Scott's place. It was very comfortable, and was located steps from the beach as advertised. Would stay here again. I appreciated Scott's flexibility in allowing us to check-in an hour early.

We really enjoy our stay here. Scott and management are very responsive, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. The apartment is nice. It is located within walking distance to the main street and beach. Will come back if we come back to OB.

My family and I (and our pup!) loved our stay at Scott's place. It was clean with plenty of room for everyone. When we went out for the day to places that didn't allow dogs, we were able to keep our dog on the porch and used the detachable gate. The place is in a great location--close to the beach and dog beach, which our dog loved. It is also close to everything we did during our trip. Nothing was more than 30 minutes away--close to Old Town, Mission Beach, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked too. All in all we had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Good location, comfortable bed. I believe I was one of their first Airbnb renters and Scott was nice enough to ask if there was anything that I needed to make the place feel like home, which is thoughtful. Plenty of sheets, towels, etc. I'm sure it's posted but there's no on-site laundry available. It's about a block down the road. One thing to to know is that there's a neighbor with about 15 dogs. I believe a couple of beagles that like to bark at all hours of the day. You couldn't hear much if the windows were closed but if they're open during the day and you're taking work calls...it can be pretty annoying. I've stayed in a couple of Scott's rentals now and the they were both as advertised.

Instructions were clear. Everything was as-described. Great location. We stayed here with our two small kids and it served as a great base for exploring the Laguna Mountains, the local beaches, the desert, Lego Land and the Zoo.

My husband and I brought our pup with us for our annual New Year’s trip and it was a great stay. The BnB was minutes to the beach and in a great area. Scott was super responsive and very friendly. We did have an issue with the shower not turning on all the way, but Scott was responsive even on New Year’s Eve. It wasn’t a big enough problem to not give this place 5 stars! 100/10 would stay again.

My group had an amazing stay at Scott's warm and comfortable home! We came to San Diego for a New Year's Trip and really appreciated the recommendations/ideas that were provided. Scott was very communicative and provided very clear instructions that made entry and clean-up extremely easy! We highly recommend the experience!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location is excellent, close to everything you need and easy to get around. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, which made the whole experience stress-free. The space itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. We especially appreciated the full kitchen, which was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our five-night stay at Scott’s place in San Diego. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing visit. Scott was an excellent host: proactive, responsive, and great with communication. Overall, it made for a wonderful stay and we would happily stay again.
