Great Location, close to the beach, convenient if you wanna explore the rest of the San Diego, and just one block away from the beach! A lot to do around, great restaurants. I think Structure of this building is quite old, just something you should know if you hear some creeks or anything, nothing serious. It’s a nice modern studio and I highly recommend it. The parking can be tricky during the day but quite easy to find in the late evenings.

Great area, an easy walk down to the beach. The walk up is a little hilly but definitely doable. Lots of room and good sized kitchen! Really awesome air bnb.

Excellent prime location, just 10 steps to the beach! The host was in great communication and was accommodating to our needs. The house was comfortable and the beds were very comfortable!

Wonderful experience. Walkable to dog park, ocean, great food and bar options. Coffee shops around the corner. Yes the garage is very tight, but only had to use it twice as we found on street parking. (My CRV Honda fit with 1.5 feet to spare) Also there is airplane noise for sure, but anywhere in OB you have to deal with it. We quickly got use to it. Overall a wonderful and affordable place to stay.

We reserved 5 nights. We needed a place to work out of during a re-roof on our own home and had two pets. Graciously the hosts allowed us without penalty to move the week due to the weather pushing out our roofing date. Communication was always quick and clear. The place itself was perfect for our needs. Thanks for a great stay and working with our unique situation.

Will stay here again, Eri answered all my calls when needed, the location is beautiful right on the beach and next to a boardwalk type strip. With lots to do and perfect for the kids. The only downfall is that they’re not strict on parking, it was almost impossible to park everytime we came back, vans and people sleeping in their car take up all the parking spaces.

Right by the beach and super convenient location! Street parking was easy to find and home was super nice and cozy. We had no problems and it was very clean. The host also communicates and gets back to you very quickly!

Scott’s Airbnb was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and had everything we need. The location really stands out, 5 minute walk from Pacific beach with plenty to do. 20 minute drive from all key attractions around San Diego making it the perfect base for our first visit. Would highly recommend.

Our stay with Scott was great! The location is perfectly located in PB - easily accessible to multiple bars / the beach. Walls are a little thin, but he provided a sound machine which worked great. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very flexible allowing us to have same day check in. Walking distance to a lot of places including the beach. Scott is a great host. Always so communicated and following up on how’s the stay. Would love to stay again next year.
