Scott was an amazing host. He was very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The place was excellent. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, peaceful, and very pleasant, with a relaxing environment that made it easy to feel comfortable right away. You can tell Scott has done a great job creating a space that feels welcoming and well cared for. The location was also great, close enough to enjoy San Diego and Pacific Beach, but still quiet and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay, and whenever I come back to San Diego, this will definitely be one of my first options.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of care went into making everything feel welcoming and cozy. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great, quiet, and convenient for everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay! It was REALLY nice to have a garage and not have to contend with or figure out street parking. It felt very safe and homey. We loved the beachy decor, aesthetic, and the noise machine that had an ocean waves option that was really nice to fall asleep to. We also loved that it was walking distance to the beach.

Great place to stay for a few nights! Perfect distance and very walkable to the beach, restaurants and bars. Pictures matched the place, nice studio! Also great addition that there was AC!

Had an amazing stay here! The place was super clean felt brand new, and all the appliances were awesome. They also had so many beach supplies, which made everything really easy and convenient. The location was perfect, super walkable to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We also felt really safe staying here because of all the locks and separate doors to the property. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic place! Location could not be better...restaurants, nightlife, beach, grocery stores, etc.. Shared walls are a bit thin, neighbor noise can be loud, but there is a sound machine.

The studio I stayed in was perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything one needed for a 2-night stay. Also, having a reserved parking spot was a bonus.
