It was very close to the beach and what the beach has to offer. It was only a few minute walk to anything that we wanted to do or go see.

The location is very convenient with grocery stores, restaurants, and fun activities. This was a perfect home for a local get a way for my wife and I. Scott’s home was very clean, tidy, and cozy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. 10/10 perfect stay

Great location, close to the beach and other amenities. The house was beautiful, comfortable and all the accommodations we needed. We had a great time, it was a perfect for our large family.

Enjoyed the living space and the location. Really nice to walk to the beach and along the beach to get our feet wet and watch the surfers. Liked having a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Also, thankful for the parking garage as the street parking was busy on the weekend. I would recommend this to others.

Great find! This clean and spacious two-bedroom, two-bath flat was perfect for a quick getaway for four adults. The location is fantastic—right next to Belmont Park and just a short walk to the ocean, boardwalk, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The dedicated parking spot is a great bonus, especially if you have a rental car.

We enjoyed a five days stay at Scott's place. The living room style is mid-century modern, and comfortable. Right in the middle of the Ocean Beach community, and an easy walk to coffee places, taco restuarants, antique shoips and the water. Our mid-size rental car fit in the garage.

Great Location, close to the beach, convenient if you wanna explore the rest of the San Diego, and just one block away from the beach! A lot to do around, great restaurants. I think Structure of this building is quite old, just something you should know if you hear some creeks or anything, nothing serious. It’s a nice modern studio and I highly recommend it. The parking can be tricky during the day but quite easy to find in the late evenings.

Great area, an easy walk down to the beach. The walk up is a little hilly but definitely doable. Lots of room and good sized kitchen! Really awesome air bnb.

Excellent prime location, just 10 steps to the beach! The host was in great communication and was accommodating to our needs. The house was comfortable and the beds were very comfortable!

Wonderful experience. Walkable to dog park, ocean, great food and bar options. Coffee shops around the corner. Yes the garage is very tight, but only had to use it twice as we found on street parking. (My CRV Honda fit with 1.5 feet to spare) Also there is airplane noise for sure, but anywhere in OB you have to deal with it. We quickly got use to it. Overall a wonderful and affordable place to stay.
