We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was bigger than expected and literally had everything that we possibly needed! If we come back to San Diego we would book it again with no doubt. Thank you for everything.

Very nice apartment! Perfect amenities for a stay! Also came with some beach chairs and etc which was very helpful when coming from out of town. In a great location to walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Would book again.

We really enjoyed our stay great location, easy to walk around to the different restaurants and shops and only two blocks from the beach. It was a great place for our needs.

Scott was a great host! He was very informative,accurate and always ready to respond if needed . I was wanting the exact location in OB …walking the neighborhood in that area was always something I enjoyed and aimed for. It was everything to make this a perfect stay! All amenities were great! Clean,bright, so very comfortable !! Just totally 100% enjoyable! Thank you Scott and Tony :)

Scott’s place was great!! Such a convenient location with things to do all around. Parking was our biggest concern when booking, and this place had more than enough street parking! Will definitely be coming back when I’m in visiting again.

Scott’s place was great! The studio is large, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Scott’s thought of everything—fully equipped kitchen and bath, separate area for dressing/storing luggage, beach supplies (chairs, towels and umbrella), and helpful guide book. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles war super neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab alle Utensilien für den Strand und auch in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir zum Kochen brauchten. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir konnten alles gut erreichen und es war trotzdem ruhig. Das Badezimmer könnte ein bisschen größer sein, aber dafür hat man einen großen Schrank im Vorraum, in dem man seine Sachen verstauen kann. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen :)

Amazing place to stay! The studio is newly renovated, super clean, and fully stocked. It’s located close enough to the beach to walk, while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. Scott was great to work with and super helpful. Looking forward to another stay here in the future!

Party of 12 in town for a quinceañera. Great location close to the church and hall. We have local family and as a plus close to their house as well. House was spacious for everyone and has two full bathrooms. Everything was clean we had no issues. Thank you for letting us stay.

This house was right on mission beach, steps from the sand as they describe! It was very spacious with an incredible balcony with ocean views. Close enough to Pacific beach to walk there but far enough to stay away from chaos. Many many restaurant options walking distance around. 10/10 recommend the location. Scott was also very communicative and attentive.
