This was a great place for a family stay for our vacation. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors were friendly. It easily fit 6 people and had a great kitchen, dining area, and living room, too. It was close to scenic points, places for children to visit (such as Balboa Park museums), and the airport.

Absolutely loved this location! Perfect amount of space for couples getaway and accessible to so many great restaurants and just a walk away from the beach. Would happily stay here again especially for the price!!

This was a great place to stay in Ocean Beach. Excellent communication from the hosts, and easy to check in. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was clean on arrival and worked perfectly. I would recommend this place most highly.

3 minutes walk to the beach, Starbucks next door, it's a great place to stay and close to every tourist place. Mind the parking, if you have big suv the parking is very tight or find the paid parking.

We loved our stay at Pacific Tides. It was a quick walk to the bay and the ocean. Parking was helpful. The place was safe and other tenants were kind and respectful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a convenient location to stay. Approximately 20 minutes from all different parts of the SD area. Loved being able to walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. The space was spotless and we loved having an assigned parking spot. Would most definitely stay again or recommend to a friend.

Amazing stay would 100% recommend! Beach is so close in walking distance you can see the water from the corner of our block! Management was super responsive cleaners were so nice and great to talk to! Had the best experience with my stay!

We were a group of 4 adults staying for my daughter’s graduation. Scott’s place was very comfortable, nicely remodeled and the perfect size. Each of the rooms had individual a/c controls and ceiling fans. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels etc… Also walking distance to the grocery store and the bars. Only negative was the walls are quite thin so hopefully you have quiet neighbors.

We LOVED staying here! Scott’s fabulous beach house far exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for 7 nights and loved everything about the place. The beds are super comfortable and there is a ton of space for a large group. We had a couple of families staying here for pre wedding festivities in downtown San Diego. It’s close to anything and everything you need! The best part of the house is the rooftop deck over looking the Pacific and San Diego! It was spectacular! We made memories here that will last a lifetime! 🩷
