Party of 12 in town for a quinceañera. Great location close to the church and hall. We have local family and as a plus close to their house as well. House was spacious for everyone and has two full bathrooms. Everything was clean we had no issues. Thank you for letting us stay.

This house was right on mission beach, steps from the sand as they describe! It was very spacious with an incredible balcony with ocean views. Close enough to Pacific beach to walk there but far enough to stay away from chaos. Many many restaurant options walking distance around. 10/10 recommend the location. Scott was also very communicative and attentive.

I would definitely recommend this place !!!!!!!!!! So close to everything and the place was beautiful!!!! Super clean and the bed is amazing!!!!!!! Great communication as well !!!! Would definitely stay here again ♥️

My friend and I had a great weekend staying here! This is the perfect location to get up and walk to the beach, go shopping, eat good food, and visit cool bars.

It was my first time in SD and this place was perfect! really good location, walkable to the beach, and felt nice and cozy! Would deff stay here when I come back !

We always live staying in PB and this place was perfect! Walking distance to basically everything we wanted to do. The apartment was nice and clean. Exactly as described. Bed was nice and big. Only downside was that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. Besides that we would definitely recommend staying here and will be on our list for next time we come down to SD!

This is best AirBnB I've ever stayed at - it looks exactly like the photos, is well stocked and is a 14 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants. Really beautiful area with a ton of great bars and restaurants. The location is accurate and I like how you can select the specific room in the listing. The place itself feels very new, clean and nice. Soft bed, and the place is equipped with beach towels, folding chairs, a boogie board etc. Great tea and coffee selection. My ONLY complaint is that the walls are paper thin. There was a couple arguing at the top of their lungs in one of the rooms from 2am to 4am one of the nights and I think everyone in the compound heard it. I think this is reason the air conditioner is pretty loud - you need it to drown out the sounds of the neighbours.

Really loved staying at Scott's bungalow. Couldn't have been more perfect....the ocean just a few hundred yards away. Parking is first come first serve - which really was not as a big deal as we were preparing ourselves for. Great communication. Thanks!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs/VRBOs over the years and Scott’s place was hands-down the best deal and best experience I have ever had. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, the bathroom is modern and clean, and the whole unit and property is upgraded and in the perfect location for Pacific Beach. We will absolutely be staying again over the summer.

We had an amazing stay! The rooftop deck offered stunning views, and we loved being able to enjoy the scenery while staying just above the busy beach area. The teens loved Belmont park being so close too. We’ll definitely be returning!!
